2000-1 |
Used
on the smallest of systems where resistance is at a minimum, recommended
for systems no wider than 8'.
This ratio
moves 2,200 lbs. of material with 1lb. of pressure. |

|
4000-1 |
The 4000-1 ratio
is used on systems betwen 8' & 14'. Because of the extra weight
on these size systems a higher ratio makes moving the carriages child's
play.
This ratio moves 2,200 lbs. of material with 1lb. of pressure. |
8000-1 |
Systems of 15'
& up can be very heavy & difficult to move. This is where
our 8000-1 ratio comes into its own. You`ll be amazed how easy your
system moves.
This ratio moves 2,200 lbs. of material with 1lb. of pressure. |
FRONT
DRIVE |
 |
The
Front Drive is used on carriages up to but not including 9'. It works
by having a single Mechanical Track at the front of the system. The
drive unit is typically either a 2000-1 or a 4000-1 Drive unit. Carriages
are reinforced with cross bracing to prevent "Racking". |
SHAFT
DRIVE |
 |
The
Shaft Drive is used on carriages 9' and longer when a Front Drive
is not sufficient for the length. The carriages are driven throughout
the length of the carriage to give smooth movement with no "Racking"
or "Twisting". |
HEAVY
DUTY DRIVE SYSTEM |
|
Our
new Heavy Duty Shaft Drive carriage is designed with weight capacity
in mind. Until now Mobile Media has only produced Aluminum carriages.
Now we have a steel system that can hold 1250 lbs. - 2200 lbs. with
an upgrade. |
